Annie Mist Thorisdottir hails from Iceland's Reykjavik. She is also a coach and trainer at Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is co-owner. Annie's outstanding performance in 2012 brought her to a second CrossFit Games victory. This was her second consecutive time she was able to win consecutively. Silver medals were awarded in 2014; and in 2021, she was awarded the Bronze award at the CrossFit Games. Annie trains and coaches with her team at Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. Annie's rise in fame as an athlete has made her the model for a variety of sporting brands, such as Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Nuunhydration and Periodization Sidekicks Yerb. A few thousand people subscribe to her own Youtube Channel, where training videos, travel vlogs and family videos are uploaded.
