Dwayne is the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that he established in 2007. He is also Director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne has also a passion for training future generations of Biblical counselors. He serves as a member of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He is the author of several online articles as well as co-author of Christ Centered Biblical Counseling Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has a wife named Leslie. The couple has three kids.
